I understand that you can't just change any plan to a higher plan in order to cover benefits that might not be covered on the lower plan but in this case I don't want to go to a higher plan.
Due to changing circumstances I require my plan to be lowered from the standard option to the Bonsave option.
The emails I have now received confirm that you are unwilling to assist with this as you only do this at the end of the year which means I need to wait for December for this to happen.
Sorry but I can't wait till then and I am left with no choice but to look for an alternative medical aid that is more accommodating as most medical aids allow an option change at least once during the year.
I have been on this option for 3 years now and have not had any problems with Bonitas until this happened.
