Waiting for a month for a Authorisation code

When we diced to to Momentum Health the sky and the moon was promised to us. I went through a in detailed doctors visit and told the broker (Stephan) that I need to go for a Cervical laser ablation. Witch he in returned replied yes we do that no problem. My appointment was well booked in advance and a week before the procedure I phoned in for authorisation (And I have never struggled to get authorisation I have never waited for more than 5 min for it at other medical aids) They said that they need to take this up with the non disclosure committee witch they said takes 5 days. I phone about 15 times in witch they promise to call back but never do and today is day 20 and I have not received one phone call nor an email nor an authorisation number. People if you are out there please do not use Momentum this is the worst service ever and I have tested a couple out there and honestly this one is the worst. My husband even sent them an email o sorry they did reply on that one passing the buck to head office but still NOTHING!!
