Not paying claims even after Authorisation

I am totally shocked and disgusted with Momentum Medical Aid. I had to go for a G-Scope on 29/5/13 and Momentum gave me an authorisation number for the whole procedure... No I get bills from the anaesthetist as apparently Momentum say they are not paying for the anaesthetist now and say that this procedure does not have to be done under anaesthetics... No on told me that this portion would not be covered and I would like to know how they would do this with out been under anaesthetics. All this after I got authorisation. I am so glad that I have left Momentum. The worst medical aid I have EVER been on. Cant really complain about the service when there isn't any whatsoever... so quick to take your money but so useless when it comes to paying...
