This is an ongoing saga. After filing a negative report I received an automated response indicating
"We are assigning a dedicated consultant to your query and he/she will be in touch soonest to discuss your concern in further detail"
Have heard nothing further until today when Resomed responded with the following:
"Following a discussion with your dedicated consultant, we trust that your query has since been addressed and resolved. We look forward to continue taking care of your health and assist you to embrace life as a Resolution Health member"
Yet another automated response but without any prior contact whatsoever. Wonder what will happen with this now???
