I booked my parents into this guest house as it had a 3 star rating and was AA approved. I did not complete any forms and the lady just wrote my detail in the diary and i paid the full amount immediately. On my parents arrival the place reeked of sigarette smoke (In a smoke free environment) the bed was unsleapable!! The one thing that you expect a guest house to have is a solid bed!!! Now i am in a dispute with a refund as my parents only stayed on night and not the two that i paid for. The owner Dieter, is not very helpful. STAY AWAY!!!
