Good day

I attended a recent health day held at work. I did a health assessment there through bankmed and sent my results to the vitality points email as stipulated on the website.

Firstly, after 10days from submitting my results, my points were not allocated and I haven't heard anything on why it wasn't allocated. I had to follow up on the matter and I was informed that it will not be allocated as it was done by bankmed and not one of the wellness centers, partners etc.

I then emailed back and informed the person that on the vitality website it clearly states one "CAN" use one of the nominated centers and nowhere it stated that one MUST and that this is false advertisement.

I then again received a response stating it won't be allocated as it wasn't done through one of the networks, centers etc "as per the advertisement".

Once again the advertisements never stated that the points will not be awarded if one uses another network. If one goes into the need to know time on the website it states one "CAN use".

Please award me my points or at least give me a free health assessments as my medical aid only gives one assesment whereafter indeed to assist.
