I am very disappointed in the allocation of points, i.m being allocated 25 points per gym visit now, i sent an email to Discovery on ref number 3127120050 and the response that i got is i have reached the fitness cap of 15000 points, this is daylight as there is nowhere on your website that this is mentioned that there is a fitness cap, I need 4000 points before i reach gold status and i feel this is just a stupid excuse of depriving me of reaching gold status, i need an urgent response on this.
