Funds not paid back to me

Hi,

May 2012 we paid the Dr R1560.00 - they confirmed payment, i made a error on the reference but they said it is ok.early this year we received a final demand, the Dr was paid again as i did not notice i already paid them.after checking and realizing that it was now a double payment, i contacted them and insisted on a refund of R1560.00. the accounts department said that the money was paid back to me in 2012. i went to the bank and it reflected no funds. last week after insisting i need proof of payment they mailed me proof - but the funds was not paid to me - a week later im still waitinmg for feedback. the service is not acceptable and i need the R1560.00 paid back with interest
