I requested settlement quotations to settle all my debt with AB, after receiving these 3 quotes I made the first payment with correct reference numbers as well as the second payment, i made a payment of 4000 on the third account and paid it there was an balance of 1903 still due on this account i made the 1903 payment the next day BEFORE the 7 days have passed as per the quote i even confirmed the 1903 amount and have email proof of this the funds where released on same day base on my expence today i contact AB to request that i need the settlement letters for all 3 accounts and i get told that there is still more fund due on the last account i have emailed the quotes the proof of payments and still no one is coming back to me with the letters
