32 Day account Funds not paid / Cancelled

Its the people who say trust me that disappoints you the most! I placed a payment notice on the my 32 Day account around the 20th june, I needed some funds so i went to the branch the lady (inquiry) loaded another payment notice which would be paid 32 days later, upon hearing this i said no, i want the funds immediately i know there's a fine to it, CANCEL the payment notice you just created.

I then proceeded to a consulted who explained to me what is required for an emergency withdrawal. On the 23rd i realized my first payment notice hadn't paid the funds, so i logged online to see, all of a sudden my initial notice wasn't there - meaning it was cancelled, it occured to me that a mistake could have happened when the lady cancelled her payment notice, maybe clicked twice. I called the helpline and went to the branch where i was told i couldn't be helped

i didn't cancel the payment notice so its not my fault - i was told to take out a loan if i really wanted money, so i must pay admin fee for loans while i have money. I need those funds before the 26th of July!

I am really disappointed at how people take other people's finances for granted, i must suffer while im banking with you
