I payed my account in advance in February by cheque so that i do not have the hassle of paying a monthly debit. i decided to cancel my contract in June and was owed an amount of R280. When i tried to get the cash owed to me paid back they are not whiling to because i have lost the proof of payment but when they were debiting the funds every month and when i cancelled the account they did not ask for a proof of payment and now that i need my funds paid to me they need it. The problem i am having is that the bank cannot provide me with a copy of the deposit slip. So how do i get my money back?
