Bad bad bad service- lack of customer service

One of their consultant phones me on Monday to sell me a product. I liked the product, she told that it will cost me, R288pm, I agreed to give her my personal bank card since I knew her and never suspicious of anything. Only to realize that 30min later, they deduct R3450 from my account. I then phoned her to notify her, she said somebody was going to phone me to rectify the mistake. I have been communicating with her everyday since Monday, it's Friday today, no one phoned me. Phoned today, spoke to Gugu, who referred me to some rude Yolanda who put the phone down on me. I phoned again and was told by the same Gugu that she will ask Yolanda to phone me again, she has not. All I want is for them to reverse my money, I never agreed to them deducting so much money from my account. If anything, this is BAD service at its best. My issue is not solved, and I need my money, cancel the whole deal.
