I sent an enquiry to these, then received an invoice. I phoned and told them that I do not want their loan, that I had made an enquiry only, and I have not agreed to nor signed anything, and that they were to issue a credit note for the invoice. Same response as the above complaint: rude and unprofessional person called Leah who refused to help me and put the phone down on me with every call. Sent numerous emails instructing them to cancel/issue credit note which went unanswered. Low and behold, these deducted R399 off my account!!! Phoned and got rude Leah back on the phone, who... guess what??? Put the phone done on me. Now I have heard it all.
