Money debited from acc without my permission

I received a call from the consultant named, Chantelle, on the 23/05/2013 that my silver card was upgraded to Platinum Card, and the total amount was R1700. we agreed on the phone that she will debit R200.00 for six months as i did not budgeted for that and she agreed, she took both my credit card number and my cheque card number. the very same day at night R1700.00 was deducted from my account. she even promised to send me her mobile numbers as she was my new consultant and even today 03/06/2013 i have not received them and i couldnt call her because i did not have her numbers and i left messages to the other consultant (silver card- Mary Mpete) to ask her to call me, but she did not call me, i am not happy because Chantelle failed to do her job and the day i spoke to her on Mary's phone, she was so rude and did not even have manners, she did not want to give me a chance to explain to her what happened, she only wanted me to listen to her. I am not happy because MY CHILDRENS MONEY WAS DEBITED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, AS FAR AS I KNOW THAT IS . Hotel Express you are not good as i thought you are! the consultants does not explain to us that you cannot terminate membership eithe
