On 29 October 2013 I got an SMS from my bank to fund my account for a debit order to go through. I was shocked as I did not know why the I would pay R350 for "loanfinder". At first I had no clue whatsoever what this amount comprised of and who the "loanfinder" is. So I phoned their offices, spoke to a lady she told me there is nothing they could do until the money shows on their side. So the next day, my bank account was debited as soon as my salary was paid in. Once again i phoned them and scolded at them for being so reluctant to give good service. I was told to phone again in 2 days. I did that, the money still didn't show on their side. Now, today is Monday. I am trying the phone this pathetic excuse of a company and their phones aren't working. I want my money back, you infringed my rights to debit my account without ANY consent given by me, to do so!! You had better get you priorities straight. I will be going to the bank today to reverse the amount you put through my account. This is pathetic, really. Seeing all the negative reports about you as well, makes me wonder how the your business still open and running. Goodness!
