I'm hugely disappointed with Discovery, your systems are not user friendly and frankly the complete opposite. Cannot believe it has taken me over 4 months to try and change my bank details and the amount of hoops i had to jump through to get this done and YET it still isn't. After being advised to do it on the Discovery website, this was after 3 months of trying to change from ABSA to FNB, i did it online and STILL it has not been changes. on the Discovery website on my side i can see it changed, but on your systems its not. I'm so over this, really, cannot believe that it could be this hard to change a bank account detail. PLEASE i'm begging you, sort this out! it is ridiculous that i have to keep contacting you to do this. Why can it not be done on the phone, every other company i contacted did so, and even when i did the pile of paper work you ask for STILL it has not been done..
