I changed my address details ages ago on Discovery's website however the wrong address appeared on my tax certificate and haven't been receiving their magazines. Found out why today - a very sarcastic call centre individual told me that I hadn't changed my postal address and that they are two separate items. I know I did change both of them. The wrong banking details appeared on his screen as well, even though I have had confirmation of the changes and the fact that the debit order is coming off my new bank account. Discovery, you obviously need to get your systems in order and also train your call centre staff to refrain from being sarcastic!!! I originally thought you were a great company to deal with but due to recent continual problems I don't think so anymore!!
