There is something very fishy going on in this department.
I have been trying to change my bank account detail since November 2012 and nothing I do is good enough. First Discovery required a bank letter, I got that and they did change my account detail. Now the bank letter is older than 3 months so they can't process my request... etc. etc. etc. I keep on getting these annoying sms's telling me my detail won't do.
I have been paying them from this account since November, why can't they just confirm the account with my bank and where have all my re-imbursements gone since November?
