After getting a great voucher from a friend, I have been trying to redeem my treatments since 5 June 2013.
I sent [Email Removed] an email asking for help regarding availability (that's the email on the voucher). Since then I have had no reply.
When phoning them now, they advised that there are no open bookings and that the voucher will expire before they can help me.
I am so cross. It was a gift and I don't want to try and fight for a refund.
This is really the WORST SERVICE EVER!
