Incompetence costs me thousands

So I called Discovery Health yesterday in an emergency situation where my son needed an operation. The reason for my call was to ASCERTAIN WHICH HOSPITAL I COULD USE, specific to the plan I had. I provided the agent with my medical aid number and the agent provided me with a hospital, a doctor, contact details and even the suite number. My son is rushed off to the hospital, doctors prepare him for immediate surgery and I get a request for a R5000 cash payment. The imbecile sent me to a hospital that was NOT contracted to my medical aid plan. I ended up paying the R5000 and I listened to the recording this morning thinking that I may not have been very clear, but guess what, the agent confirms TWICE that the hospital is contracted and that the doctor is part of the network. Please listen to the call, it was placed at 13:26 and near the end of the call I ask VERY specific questions. Oh, yes I have a recording of the conversation too. May I please have my R5000 reimbursed, if not, I do believe there is a strong enough case for court or the ombud!
