I do no understand where or HOW there has been a break in membership? I had requested my vitality to be transferred back onto my life plan and all was running smoothly up until January when suddenly Virgin active called me to tell me Vitality had been cancelled.
How does this work? WHo authorised the cancellation? How do I go about getting this rectifiied??? This is extremely frustrating and someone needs to sort this out ASAP>
