I have just been out of country for three weeks and now my (and my husband) virgin active membership has been cancelled. I went 3 times in June before we left, 4 in May because we are supposed to go twice a month to maintain our membership. They say now telephonically we are supposed to from 1 September go thrice a month. Firstly as far as I understand you cannot change terms of contract without the participants signing for the change in contract. Secondly if this change took place on 1 September 12 and we have 30 visits in the last rolling 12 months, in heavens name can we no in July be SUDDENLY expected to have 36 visits on record?
