On the 6th of July I called Lancet Pretoria asking if is possible for them to mail my results, I was told they will transfer me to their head office because they are the only ones that can do that. A lady by the name of Zelmari picked up the call and I explained to her my situation and she said she will send me a consent form to sign with a copy of my ID attached and I will be able to get my results. I told her that I have been admitted overseas cause I'm working here full time that's why I won't be able to come and collect. She said its ok as long as she can receive that form and my ID I will get my results. In 3 minutes I received the form, printed the form, signed it and my ID I scanned them back to her and she told me that their server is slow it might maybe take few minutes. I waited until 16:09 called her and I told her I haven't received the results and I even send her an email but she never replied. On the 7th of July I send her another email which she ignored as well, I was left with no other choice but to pay the hospital Lab to draw blood cause I was made a fool in a foreign country. If that's how Lancet operates then I will have to tell my Dr in SA to move my account.
