Additional allied, therapeutic and psychology cove

On 5/7/13 we were advised under email reference MailRef#642992345#- advising that our son does not meet our clinical protocol developed by Discovery Health Medical Scheme and the relevant society the clinical recommendations of the Psychology Advisory Panel, our son did not meet the clinical merits for additional funding and we have been declined a request for additional allied, therapeutic and psychology cover. We are talking about a child who has severe ADHA, suffers from Anxiety, is on anti depressants for depression, self mutilates by cutting himself, has "ticks" and is on the waiting list at Tara Phycological Hospital. I have emailed back asking for a concise report of why our son does not meet their requirements and a list of their clinical requirements. To date we are still waiting for the HIGH and MIGHTY DISCOVERY to reply. It seems the only way you get a reply from Discovery is to report them on Hello Peter.
