The first incident was when i took my husband to hospital and they ladies at casualty took 30 - 45 mins to open a file, it took an hour for the doctor to attend him. he was admitted
during the visiting time for 7h00-8h00. i would be in the hospital at 7h00 and get sitted and while sitted the ynurses would come and tell us to go out beacsue they want to give those who came in the report. i thought that must be done before visiting hours but it happened more than 5 times in ward 2 medical ward. the other incident was when i was sitted with my husband durign the 2h00 - 4h00 visiting time and at 3h45 the nurse came and told us its time up. i told her iots 3h45 and she told us they want to work.
the service is not good the student nurses they forget what they were doing and leave the patients with finished drips unattended. no one is following up and have to call them so that they finish what they have started.
