Discovery Health approved additional allied, therapeutic and psychology benefits on my cover.
I submitted a claim in this regard for a service on 11/12/2012 which was rejected stating that I'd used up the additional benefits. According to my calculations this is not the case. I have repeatedly called to attempt to resolve the matter (DIscovery references: 2671185260, 2681734741, 2692312660, 2708856075, and 2694782972.
As this matter has now gone too far kindly resolve the matter forthwith.
