In 2011 on the 7th of November i went to the speck savers in fouways for my eye test . and i was tested and paid R315.00 with my debit card . 2012 the manager phoned me she said I did not pay for my eye test I went back to show them my proof of payment and to my understanding I thought the matter was sorted . 13 of may 2013 I received an sms that my account has been handed over to the attorney's. I need the contract that I have signed as proof. of opening the account. As a customer i was not happy with the service I received, it was horrible service Pls I need the company to compensate me with free eye test and free spectacle's and sunglasses as I was not treated fairly as a custome
