I did a vitality check at Dischem Rustenburg on 12 June. More than a week later, only the HIV test/counselling points reflected.
On 22 June, I sent an email to the vitality team, asking why the points for bp, blood sugar, cholesterol and weight assessment earned did not reflect.
On 25 June, Michaela Watson responded that they have referred the query for further investigation and that a query of this nature may take three working days to complete.
On 28 June. there was still no response/ outcome. I sent another email. On 1 July, Leweng Makgopa responded that they "acknowledge that the inquiry is out of the turnaround time initially provided, however the inquiry is in its latter stages and feedback will be provided once received".
On 3 July there was still no feedback. I sent an email requesting the HOD's contact details. On 5 July, Lee Lekgari responded that they are "still liaising with the pharmacy in order to receive proof of the Vitality Health Assessment". I contacted the clinic sister. She confirmed that nobody from Discovery vitality contacted her.

It seems to me that the Vitality team just answers emails, make empty promises, and provide no feedback.
