I went to the traffic department in Joe Gqabi on 03/01/2013 to book my date for my drivers license, according to the guy that was doing my eye test I failed the test. He then referred me to Spec Savers to do eye test of which I did. The following day (04/01/2013) I went back to Joe Gqabi with the results from Spec Savers and the lady that was assisting me told me she will convert my learners license from code 10 to 08 so that I can qualify to do my drivers license. I was then given a date (04/03/2013) for divers license. I went for my drivers license on that date, the management Mr Mazokwana and Liebold advised me that cant drive without the glasses, because according to the results from Spec Savers I shouldn't have been given the date in the first place as their staff member didn't read the results from spec savers properly. I then received a call from a Ms Makapela who advised me that they are investigating the matter and they will get back to me. She came back to me and said they will refund me for my appointment date (R135.00), when I asked her about the money I used for my driving lessons that I did as I was preparing to pass my drivers license, she then referred me to the Khayel
