Booked into sunsquare at montecasino this weekend... upon arrival i check in my luggage and told that my room would be available at 1 pm, after me placing an early arrival notice days before.back at the hotel at 1:15 pm, the lady informs me the room still hasnt been cleaned.i ask her in a steady but annoyed tone to please phone and check, and she then informs me that it has been cleaned and not updated on the system.she then proceeds to make us wait another 20 minutes sayin our payment hasnt been confirmed when a direct deposit had been made 2 days prior, but lets us into the room anyway.we ask for the usual amenities like shower caps to be sent up to the room which never arrived. The aircon/heater in the room was broken and it felt like i was in a freezer, i called maintenance and the woman had the audacity to ask me how it was broken! as if i just booked in to break their electrical appliances! in my opinion, the hotel rates are overpriced with noting to be pleased about. WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN!
