Hi.
We have stayd over at this Hotel.
When i did my booking for the 16 June i wanted to treat my family while we were in JHB
I was offered o family room with bath or shower which i confirmd becouse of small kids.
Whne we arrived ther at about 18:00 that night we booked in.
The person who was helping me swiped my capitec Maestro card for R1700 to make sure i have money to stay and pay but they will reverse it in the morning and swipe it for the correct amount.
I said but why not for the qouted amount of R1450 he aaid dont worry thye will sort it out in the morning when i book out
up to the room wrong one with only shower whent all the why back no help and asked for room with bath.
Family room for 4 only 2 cups and enough milk for one cup.
Phoned down stares to ask for more cups and milk 1 houre later i had to phone again only then did they send somebody.
When we booked out they only gave me a invoice for R1509.50
Nothing was reversed as they said it would and i left.
Is this how they treat people that is paying there salarys.
What about my balance of the money they ow me.
Why didnt they rectify it when i showd the slip of the garge amount of R1700.
I dont think i will ever go back
