We went to Aventura warmbaths the weekend from the 15th to 17th March 2013. On arrival to start off with there were no tea, coffee or sugar in the room. that afternoon after having a swim, i went to take a shower, to my disgust, the shower filled up like a bath!! the water became so dirty that the white of the soap was floating on top of the water. I immediately contacted hotel reception, and advised the resort I want a refund as I will return home as I refuse to stay in this unhygienic conditions, I was advised that refunds cannot be made, and they will contact maintenance. When I returned to my room the shower head was moved, but the drain was even worse!! This is unacceptable, and i had to stay for 2 nights in a room, where someone else's dirt pushed up from the drain where I had to shower!! I took photos which show the disgusting waters and why I wanted a refund. i want the health inspection department to investigate, and want to know how aventura is going to resolve the fact that i got blisters on my feet due to this. the floor was so dirty, the white of the soap on the water get stuck between your toes. it is just indescribable sickening. i will publish my photos with beeld.
