Authorisation (when and when not to call)

A soon as the Bank can see that Bankmed does not work for everybody the better. One day you have to get authorisation the next day you have to go to the doctor first. if I tell them that I have to go for a test due to the outbreak at work, what must I do first call my doctor. I just can get any satisfaction out of Bankmed (CARECROSS). If I can change my medical like in yesterday I will not even blink to do that.
