Where do you come up with these? They are completely unrealistic

I am extremely disappointed in your practice. We pay our premium and when we need you, we are charged an arm and a leg.

I was told by the call centre when I received pre-authorisation that I would only have to pay a R500 co-payment. No one said to me that this doctor was outside of the Designated Service Providers! I was referred by a doctor (Dr Modi - Absa Towers North Medical centre) within your Designated Service Provider to Doctor Michael Barrow due to his expertise.

The least that should happen is that your call centre and pre-auth inform the client that the doctor is out of the DSP so I can make a decision. Additionally, I asked whether I would have to pay anything else and was told no. Pull the call records to see.

Now I'm sitting with a lovely medical bill that I am responsible for and no money!
