With reference to my previous complaint, I don't know when Carecross resolved the matter as to my knowledge the matter is still being attended to.
Bankmed, please get the correct story from you service providers before closing matters. I am a client of Bankmed and not Carecross and I want Bankmed to sort out the matter.
