One month gone by, no sign of Genevieve @ Discovery

Firstly, calling into Discovery for a query is the worst experience ever. secondly, after posting my initial complaint here, i was called within 24 hours by a lady called Genevieve, who promised to call me back after sorting out the one issue i had.

well its been a month and still nothing!!!
