Bad Attitude by customer care line

On Tuesday 26/02/2013, I went to Sportscene in Paarl Mall to order a new card since my wallet was. They had me on the line with a guy called Mdu whom asked me for my recent adress. I have been moving around lately with work and could not remember so I called my housemate to get the adress. After I gave him the adress, he asked me for my adress of October 2009. I asked him if he would be able to remember his adress of such a long time ago after I told him I couldn't remember, with a really bad attitude he told me that he would be able to remember his adress. I told him that I don't have time for his attitude and asked to transfer me to someone else. I asked for his surname which he would not give to me, and after struggling to get transferred to someone else, I hang up. The Ref nr for the call was 0213539A9. What happened to good client skills? Congratulations Sportscene, you hired the best guy.
