I ordered a cellphone from cell c, which unfortunately had to be delivered by RAM. I made it very clear where I would NOT be on certain days. Yet the courier decided to deliver to the said adress. I even called their call center 3 times to arrange for appropriate delivery. I provided an alternate date, and adress. Being a doctor, I work at different hospitals. I therefore gave them an adress to deliver on a certain date. Once again the poorly trained and educated person attempted to deliver to the wrong adress! This cellphone was meant to be a birthday gift for my wife. now, thanks to RAM, I have no gift to give my wife. RAM has been in posession of my parcel for the past 3 weeks, and then decided to send the parcel back to cell c. Now the entire process needs to be re-started, meaning I cant get my wife her present in time for her birthday. RAM is not reliable. they do not understand simple english instructions, and they do not follow instructions. they leave much to be desired in terms of good service.
