Medical aid was suspended. I sent 2 emails to Bonitas with proof of payment - no reply. Then I phoned the number provided on the Bonitas suspension letter and Owen Goodgall answered. He was sympathetic and could hear and relate to the panic in my voice. He told me to email proof of payment to him. Almost immediatley he replied to my query, putting my mind at ease. I was so worried that I would not be re-instated before my holiday trip today. OWEN GOODGALL I hope your speedy and efficient service to the customers is appreciated!
