I received a mid week holiday voucher and booked for club mykonos for week 9th-13th sept, to which Izelle replied with confirmation but had her dates wrong (1st-6thsept) which I notified her immediatley and her reponse was they fully booked and have accomodation at port owen to which I obliged as it is a free holiday afterall. I have then been in contact with her ever since (11th june) requesting comfirmation on port owen booking. After contacting her today and still not accepting my calls she replies to my email witha booking for club mykonos and when I asked what happened to port owen she then replies saying its fully booked?? Seriously what's up with that. I know its free holiday but after accepting port owen in june month I then did my research and planned my holiday accordingly and got my kids and myself all excited too. I would like someone to respond to me asap as this is not acceptable. I have all my emals for proof of conversation
