Bonitas and Medscheme need to solve the problem and I'm still waiting for my money. Bonitas didn't do their work and try to put all the blame on Medscheme. Sunet from Medscheme phoned me and confirm that Bonitas try to blame them and about the information given to me over the phone. Bonitas only send through one of my letters to Medscheme. I've explained everything to Sunet and asked her to get hold of all the necessary documentation and solve this problem ASAP. If they want their money they want it yesterday but if they need to pay back your money because they didn't do their work they can take their time. BONITAS MEDICAL FUND IS A BAD CHOICE AND VERY EXPENSIVE!!! I'M STILL WAITING
