2 Couples went sight-seeing on Sunday 16 June 2013 and enquired at reception whether we could have a look at rooms for possible future stay. Nobody at reception, asked a cleaning lady if she could show us around. Next moment owner(?) appears, shouts at us, asks why we didn't "report with him??? " and comments that he does not know us from "a bar of soap..." We suggest he clears up his act and attends a course in customer treatment - obviously he's completely inept.
We will definitely NOT recommend this establishment!
