I applied for a change in Chronic medication for a patient on 15/04/13. No response by 09/05/13 so both my secretary and I phoned in and spent significant amount of time on phone. Really given the run around. So on 16/05/13 I submitted a letter of complaint. The same day I received an automated response to say I would get a response within 3 working days. The reference number I was given is : 2854794889. Needless to say I've had no response to either the chronic application or my letter of complaint and it is now nearly 5 weeks!! I would appreciate an urgent response.
