CURRENTLY HOLDING ON THE LINE FOR DISCOVERY TO SORT OUT A CLAIM THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED MORE THAN A MONTH AGO, I HAVE SPOKEN TO SO MANY PEOPLE, SOMEONE FROM CUSTOMER CARE EVEN PHONED ME LAST WEEK AND PROMISED IF I SUBMIT IT AGAIN (THIS WOULD BE THE UMPTEENTH TIME) THEN IT WOULD BE SORTED OUT, NOW I GET TOLD THEY DONT HAVE IT ON THE SYSTEM!!!
