WILL DISCOVERY EVER PAY MY CLAIM???

I submitted my claim on the day it occurred - 04.02.2013. To date, it has STILL not been paid, I have phoned several times to get this sorted out and been told that it will sorted in a day or two? its a month later still not sorted??? What IS the problem??? i;m so dissapointed with such services from Discovery...
