I would just like to complain about very very very poor service from discovery health. I submitted a claim on 21 February and still til today I have never received a call from them to explain to me what is going on with the claim. I am the one who is phoning them to find out what is going on, and it is on my expense that I have to phone them. A big company like discovery health that cant fix a system error... its pathetic to say the least... I also phoned them on the 27 march and they explained to me that the system error is fixed and that my money will reflect in my bank account on the 3April... I phoned them today 2April to find out if everything is in order and now all of the sudden the system problem is not fixed... How is that possible??? Discovery health is the only medical aid that does not come back to their clients to explain the situation. Its pathetic to say the least!!!
