Please note that i will be lodging a formal complaint with the Council for Medical Aid Scheems against Resolution Health.
My complaint from 10 May has still not been attended to properly. it is now 23 May.
The consultant Danielle Whitebooi is not getting back to my emails. I requested that a senior person get back to me regarding my complaint and i have been flat out ignored since and my emails are not being responded to.
I am really sick of being treated like rubbish by this medical aid. I have had nothing but problems since joining and words cannot discribe how upset i am!
