11 Nov 2013 - Placed order & received my Ref. No, supplied them with my EFT proof of payment on the same day. Rec email to confirm receipt of payment & EFT could take 2 days to process & voucher would be sent. 15 Nov 2013 - Rec mail to inform me that EFT was rec late & product sold out. Req banking details to refund me my funds. My banking details were supplied on the same day. 21 Nov 2013 - Enq where my funds were, they advised that they did not have my banking details. Supplied to them again & attached the original instruction from the 15/11/2013. 26 Nov 2013 - Enq again & advised that my banking details have been sent to Acc Dept & processed in the same week. 5 Dec 2013 - Enq again for my refund & advised it would be processed the same day. 9 Dec 2013 - Enq again where my funds were, they sent an apology & advised that the refund would be on the 9/12/2013. Informed them if I had not received my refund by the 10/12/2013 that I would report the matter on "Hello Peter". If a product is "SOLD OUT" when you purchase this product their website should inform you. It is impossible for a refund to take a month. If they can do this to 1 how much interest do they not earn. UNHAPPY
