Poor service delivery

I took my ten month old baby for an allergy test at the end of May 2013, at Ampath at Unitas. The doctor who reffered me to them said that the results would be available in three days' time. I called three days later and was told that the lab did not submit the results and the doctor did not know when it would be available. I gave them a day and called almost a week later and was told that the lad needed extra blood from my small baby. The initial blood they took was not enough. No one bothered to inform me of this. I had to take time off work again and take my baby to the hospital and had to ask my mother-in-law, who is a manager at Unitas, to get the results for me as this was also not forth coming. I have to pay an extra R1515 that my medical aid is not covering and I feel that is unfair as I received such poor service.
