We feel SO special!?

Our baby was sick. We took her to Unitas and Dr. Breedt looked at her. They send the nappy away for testing. A few days later I phoned the hospital again because no one came back to us and our child wasn't getting any better. I spoke to Dr. Vermeulen, she said that the tests on the nappy will take 4 days and someone will phone us with the results. I am STILL waiting! Yesterday I got a email from my medical aid for Vermaak and partners of R472.10, so why must we pay for these tests but we do not get the necessary feedback/service? I also got an sms from the doctors when Dr. Breedt looked at her, again why must I keep my side of the bargain and pay but the doctors don't keep their side and provide the service like they are supposed to???
